To some, polo and classical riding seem like opposite ends of the spectrum.  Many polo professionals, however, know this is far from the case, and many grew up learning classical riding and polo at the same time.  Some even continue to do eventing while actively playing polo. 

I currently teach people who are playing polo with two professionals who are resident at Burningfold Polo Centre, Andrew Blake-Thomas and Jamie Le Hardy, and focus on improving elements of a player’s riding that will be most helpful on the polo field.
